Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Once your product is paid for allow up to 30-45 days for order completion.
• After sent for shipping is when the customer assumes all responsibility unless carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment.
• Payment must be complete before work begins on any order especially custom orders 
• Absolutely no bad behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. when contacting me.
• Disable user accounts.
• All if your personal information will NEVER be given out to any 3rd party.
